Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for nonperishable goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fresh produce, as it is perishable and exempt from return policies under Irish law.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@haretreetruffles.ie Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods, including fresh produce.

Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.

Personal care goods, such as beauty products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original nonperishable item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Please note:

This applies only to nonperishable goods.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
