Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Ireland and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@haretreetruffles.ie to discuss potential shipping options.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Ireland): Delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Ireland): Delivery within 1-2 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 5-14 business days).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Fresh Produce Shipping

Due to the perishable nature of fresh truffles, these items are shipped via expedited delivery to ensure they arrive in peak condition. Fresh produce orders are dispatched on specific days to minimize transit time. Customers will be notified of the expected delivery date upon order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.

Failed Deliveries and Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@haretreetruffles.ie with photos of the damage or details of the missing items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
